Sales Policy

All sales are final. Due to the custom and digital nature of our services, refunds are not provided once work has begun, files have been delivered, or remote sessions have been scheduled.

If a service cannot be completed due to a technical issue on our end, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or provide a revision. If we are ultimately unable to complete the service, a partial refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.
